How we work
Our 4 step window process
Every exterior window ends with a PureRinse: purified water, no soap, nothing left on the glass. That is why it stays clean longer.

Scrub
We start by working the whole pane with a soft bristle brush, lifting off pollen, road film, bug spots and the grit that builds up along the edges.
Soap and tap water
PureRinse
Soap leaves a thin film on the glass, and dust sticks to it.
No soap. The final rinse is pure water, so nothing is left behind.
Minerals in tap water dry into the white spots you see after rain.
The minerals are filtered out first, so the glass dries spot free on its own.
Looks good the day of, dull again in a few weeks.

Common questions
01How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form on this site, or text (440) 865-8993. We set a time, come out, look at the property in person and give you an exact price on the spot. Nothing to sign, no pressure, no obligation. Often we can do the work on that same visit.
02How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the house, the number of windows, the condition and what you are bundling. We price every home in person, so the number you get is exact, and the quote is free.
03Do I need to be home?
No. Exterior work does not need you there. We need access to an outside spigot and the gates unlocked, and we will text you when we are done. Interior work obviously needs someone to let us in.
04Do you take a deposit?
No. You pay when the job is done and you have looked at it. Card, cash, check or Venmo.
05Are you insured?
Yes, $1 million in general liability coverage. We will send a certificate of insurance to you or your HOA or property manager on request.
06What is the No Spots Promise?
If you find spots or streaks within 48 hours of the job, text us and we come back and redo it free. Free, every time.
07What if it rains?
Rain runs off clean glass. If your windows genuinely look worse within 48 hours, the No Spots Promise covers it. If rain is forecast for the day of your job we will call you and move it rather than work in it.
08How far out are you booking?
Same week in most cases. Spring and fall are the busy seasons and can run two weeks out. Ask when you reach out and we will tell you the truth about the calendar.
