Most of our commercial work is commercial window cleaning, storefront and entry glass on a schedule, but the same visit can cover commercial pressure washing for sidewalks and dumpster pads and building washing for the facade and awnings.

01Can you work outside of business hours?
Yes, and most of our commercial glass gets done early morning before the doors open. Nights and Sundays are available. Tell us the window you need and we will work inside it.
02Are you insured for commercial work?
Yes, $1 million general liability. We will send a certificate of insurance to you or to your property manager before the first visit, and we will name the property as an additional insured if your lease requires it.
03Do I have to sign a contract?
Not for one-time or on-call work. If you want glass done on a recurring schedule, that is a maintenance plan, and we go over the plan terms with you before anything is signed.
04How do you price commercial jobs?
By the property, after a walk through. Glass count, access, height, frequency and how dirty it gets between visits all move the number. A property on a main road needs more visits than one set back from the street.
05Do you do more than windows?
Yes. Sidewalk and entry pressure washing, dumpster pads, building soft washing, awnings and gutters. Bundling those onto the same visit is cheaper than booking them separately.
06How do you invoice?
Monthly invoice by email with net terms, or per visit if you prefer. Card, check or ACH. We will match whatever your bookkeeping needs.
