Who we are

Purified Wash LLC is an exterior cleaning company based in Rocky River, Ohio. This policy covers the information we collect through purifiedwash.com and when you contact us by phone, text or email.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to quote and perform the work:

Your name, phone number and email address
The service address and details about the property
The services you asked about and any notes or photos you send
How you heard about us, if you tell us
Basic technical information your browser sends, such as pages viewed and referring site

We do not collect payment card numbers on this website.

Card details and Stripe

If you join a service plan, we ask you to save a card so each visit can be charged after it is done. We send you a link to Stripe, our payment processor, and you enter the card on Stripe's own secure page. Stripe stores the card and gives us a token that stands in for it.

We never see or store your full card number, expiry or security code. What we can see in our own records is the card brand, the last four digits and the expiry month, so you know which card is on file. Charging, refunds and any card updates all happen through Stripe.

You can ask us to remove the card on file at any time and we will. Stripe handles the data under its own privacy policy and its PCI compliance program.

How we use it

To prepare and send your quote, to schedule and perform the work, to invoice you, to answer your questions, and to follow up about your job. If you opt in, we may also send occasional seasonal offers.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Text messages

If you check the consent box on our quote form or ask us to text you, we will send you messages about your quote and your appointment, and occasionally about seasonal offers. Expect roughly 2 to 4 marketing messages a month.

Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Only the service providers we need to run the business, and only for that purpose. That includes our scheduling and customer records system, our email and text messaging providers, and our payment processor. Each of them is bound to use the information only to provide their service to us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site uses a small number of cookies to make the quote form work and to measure how people find us.

We use the Google Ads tag and the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel. They tell us which ads lead to a visit or a quote request, and they let us show our ads to people who have already visited this site. Google and Meta receive information such as the pages you view and the fact that a quote request was sent. They do not receive the contents of the quote form.

You can block these cookies in your browser, or adjust ad settings in your Google and Meta accounts. The quote form may not work correctly if all cookies are blocked.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as you are a customer and for as long afterward as we need them for tax, warranty and accounting purposes. Quote requests that never become jobs are kept for up to two years.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop emails. Ask us in writing at the email address above for anything else and we will handle it within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
