No. Exterior work does not need you there. We need access to an outside spigot and the gates unlocked, and we will text you when we are done. Interior work obviously needs someone to let us in.

No. You pay when the job is done and you have looked at it. Card, cash, check or Venmo.

Yes, $1 million in general liability coverage. We will send a certificate of insurance to you or your HOA or property manager on request.

If you find spots or streaks within 48 hours of the job, text us and we come back and redo it free. Free, every time.

Rain runs off clean glass. If your windows genuinely look worse within 48 hours, the No Spots Promise covers it. If rain is forecast for the day of your job we will call you and move it rather than work in it.

Often, yes. If the job fits the day and you are happy with the price, we can usually start as soon as you say yes. That saves you a second appointment and gets it done sooner. Bigger jobs are booked for the next opening, usually the same week.

Window cleaning uses purified water and nothing else. Soft washing siding and roofs uses a cleaning solution, because algae has to be killed rather than rinsed, and the landscaping gets soaked before and rinsed after so runoff is heavily diluted.
