Before you call
01How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form on this site, or text (440) 865-8993. We set a time, come out, look at the property in person and give you an exact price on the spot. Nothing to sign, no pressure, no obligation. Often we can do the work on that same visit.
02How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the house, the number of windows, the condition and what you are bundling. We price every home in person, so the number you get is exact, and the quote is free.
03Do I need to be home?
No. Exterior work does not need you there. We need access to an outside spigot and the gates unlocked, and we will text you when we are done. Interior work obviously needs someone to let us in.
04Do you take a deposit?
No. You pay when the job is done and you have looked at it. Card, cash, check or Venmo.
05Are you insured?
Yes, $1 million in general liability coverage. We will send a certificate of insurance to you or your HOA or property manager on request.
06What is the No Spots Promise?
If you find spots or streaks within 48 hours of the job, text us and we come back and redo it free. Free, every time.
