How a Rocky River window cleaning company grew from one pole and a list of neighbors, and why part of every job goes to clean water.
A note from the founder
Why I started Purified Wash
I have lived on Cleveland's west side my whole life. These are the streets I grew up on, and Purified Wash started right here in Rocky River with one pole, one water tank and a list of neighbors who were willing to give a new company a shot.
The thing I heard over and over from those first customers was simple: nobody shows up. Contractors quote over the phone, miss the appointment, rush the job and never come back. So I built the company around the opposite. Show up when we say we will. Look at the house in person before we price it. Use the right method for every surface. Do it right, and stand behind it.
I also care about where the money goes. Part of every year's proceeds goes to Charity Water, and our first gift, a four figure donation, went out in September 2026. As the business grows, that number grows with it.

Built on word of mouth

More than windows
Customers kept asking for more, so the right equipment and the right methods came next: soft washing for siding and roofs, gutters, concrete and commercial glass.
Giving back
In September 2026 Purified Wash made its first gift to Charity Water, a four figure donation toward clean water projects. Part of every year's proceeds goes there now.
What comes next
A second crew, so more of the west side gets the same standard without waiting on the calendar. Same methods, same guarantee, same local company.

We text you to set a time
Usually within the hour during business hours. Pick a time that suits you. For exterior work you do not even have to be home.

We come out and quote in person
We walk the property, look at every window, wall and gutter run, and give you an exact price on the spot. No guessing over the phone, no pressure.

Often, we do the work right then
If the job fits the day and you are happy with the price, we can usually start as soon as you say yes. No second appointment, no waiting. Bigger jobs go on the calendar, usually that week.
